2. General information
Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG 2021). 3. Hosting and provision of the website
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, operated by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare delivers the website via a global server network and protects it against attacks. In doing so, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system).
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and fast provision of the website pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; EU Standard Contractual Clauses also apply. More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
4. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts are not loaded from external servers.
5. Inquiry form
If you use our inquiry form, we process the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, phone number, preferred contact time and your answers about your project or course request) in order to handle your inquiry and contact you.
To send form submissions to us by email, we use the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). The data you enter is transmitted to FormSubmit and forwarded from there to our email address. Processing may take place outside the EU (in particular in the USA). More information: formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we store your details (email address, name and content of your message) to handle your inquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We do not share this data without your consent.
7. YouTube videos

From that point on, Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.
8. Links to social networks
Our website contains links to our profiles on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. These are simple links, not embedded plugins. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider when you click a link and visit the platform, where the provider's privacy policy applies (Google Ireland Limited or Meta Platforms Ireland Limited).
9. Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. up to seven years under Austrian tax law).
10. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. Please contact modiobros@gmail.com.
